Dr. Sibel Eljach opened COCO Smiles Orthodontics in Coconut Grove to build lasting relationships with the families around her. Our practice is a local, family-led business, and we look forward to meeting more neighbors beyond the treatment chair as our community involvement grows.
Our grand opening brought together patients, families, local professionals, and community leaders to celebrate a new orthodontic resource in the neighborhood. COCO Smiles was also featured by Coconut Grove Magazine, helping introduce the practice and its personalized approach to families throughout the area.

On Saturday, it was divide and conquer for the COCO Smiles Orthodontics team. Dr. Eljach and Alix saw patients at the clinic while husband Sal, family, grandma, little one, and friends took on manning the COCO tent at Peacock Park for the Miami Water Keepers Annual Cleanup Event.
Lots of goodies and much-needed refreshments were shared. Community is so important to us at COCO. Big thanks to everyone involved in keeping Coconut Grove beautiful and welcoming.
